JCI -- Well, today was a craft day and looks like I will ship next week. Woo hoo! I am so happy. Just waiting on some goodies to arrive and I am good to go. This has been a great swap. I loved it. Hope everyone is staying warm. It is so cold here in NC. Brrrr.

Finished my last item today I am happy with how they all came out and hope Lana will be also. Now to take poictures and box them up for mailing this week. I did send picture to DS for her opinion first though

Hi all, Boy am I having issues getting onto the site. Checking in while I can. COB, it will probably be end of week before I am ready to mail. Have some drying time involved so it is taking a little longer than I would like. Will be working on it all afternoon today and probably some evenings as well. If I progress quicker than I think I will let you know.

Made it down to my scrap room, Now to get started on the 3rd item, but I have to put kids to bed in 25 min, then I can really get moving. I'm hoping to get it finished in the next couple days.

Are you the first to mail Jean? I know I'm ready to mail...but not going to mail until Sherrie mails as I don't even know if someone is home to get a pkg. off of the porch, etc. Due Date is less than 2 weeks away though! So it's closing in on us! Please everyone, make sure you check in this next weekend with status report. I've been done for a while; still waiting on my partner to be ready to mail. She said the end of this week but with the BIG SNOW coming I'm heading up to NH tomorrow night and staying there to attend my DD's unit's send off ceremony on Friday night. If I try to go up on Friday I probably won't make it! I'll be heading back Saturday afternoon but too late to mail so it'll be Monday at the earliest for me now.

COB, you'd best leave and get up there Thursday evening. Heck you may not even get back on Saturday if there is 2 feet of snow to be cleared off the roads! They will be shut down anyway!
But do have a wonderful and special time sending your daughter off! It will be a very proud moment for both of you.

Thanks and yup it's looking more like a Sunday return with every new weather update but that's okay cuz I REALLY need a some sleep!

Never mind. They've postponed DD's Send Off ceremony until Sunday afternoon but the medics leave Sunday morning. They're probably locking the whole unit down at the armory, until Sunday so no one gets hurt in the storm, rendering them unable to deploy. So I'm not going up and now I don't get to see her before she leaves. It's going to be a long year; I hope I'm not this sad the whole time. Stupid snow. I'm already crazy...just ask anyone!   I had a good couple of days then DGS got really sick and we spent the entire day in the ER. He's feeling much better today. Got back to my craft table today! Worked a little and then took a nap with DGS Hope you're having a great week ~Rebecca

I did manage to work on the 3rd item. Hopefully between the kids getting out of school Early and Card group tonight at 7:30 I can work a little more on it, Its almost finished. Then I can ship. I picked up a box at the PO when I was dropping off stuff I sold on ebay. So I can at least get it packaged up and try to get it out soon.
