This is beautiful. I would like to do something like this for each season to put in my cake pedestal when not in real use (which is most of the time. Another project in the "one of these days" file.

Now this is a cake I wouldnt mind have in my kitchen. . . light, airy, no calories, but definitely "fattening" on the eyes.
