I am in the UK and have tried to day to buy the Cindy Lou image, it takes me to the checkout page but will not accept my details or payment as my address is not in the UK, is it not available for us here?

Hello Janet, you will need to switch the web site to the UK version so that you can check out. To do this log in to your account and then click on the flag in the top right corner. Choose your country and save it. Once this is done you can shop and complete the check out process. I hope that this helps! -Cricut Gena

Are we in Australia able to buy digital images as there is no mention of Australia when you click on the flags.

Along the same lines at what these ladies are asking I was wondering if there is a length of time that you have to wait to recieve a digital cartridge. My mother has bought a cartridge digitally and has not seen it in her craftroom yet and so we were wondering if the cartridges will only show up on days that Provocraft is open. Thanks so much for this help she is getting really frustrated

All of my digital purchases have shown up within minutes of completing the purchase. Did your mom use the same address to purchase that she uses for her CCR account?
