So yesterday I got my new cuttlebug with all the wonderful Anna Griffin embossing folders! They are beautiful! I love the borders that go with each one and the designs are so elegant! I am teaching my 5 year old granddaughter how to use the cuttlebug and she is so excited! She already makes cute cards for her friends for Christmas, birthdays and now she makes Valentines! She is quite creative for 5 and loves her grammy's craft room! I am her daycare so she gets lots of play time in there!

Oh how fun! I envy you the opportunity to craft with your Grand Daughter ... I only have grandsons and they all live in California (I'm in Florida). Enjoy your time together! Can't wait till my new CB arrives. I just checked the shipping status and it says "out for delivery" ... Yippee! I am ready to play!

i received mine today too...i love that each folder has the name up on the corner so u dont have to use a perm. marker to write it...and it seals when u open it up really good...

Yeh, I didn't need a new cuttlebug either...already have the green one and I have the Vagabond....I am giving the green one to my 12 year old granddaughter (she has had the cuttlekid for a long time, I think she is ready to advance!)and keeping the gold one here for whenever any of my daughters or granddaughters come to play...and the 5 year old granddaughter that I daycare likes the gold one best...ha ha! Anyone willing to post some pictures of any of the embossing folders? The times I watched they didn't show only a few of the ones that come with it. They showed the ones coming in autoship. Mine isn't coming until February 21st and I'm really wanting to see these!!

I got mine yesterday and hope to use it today. I ordered the card kit that was designed to use the embossing folders from HSN yesterday. When it comes in, I want to spend an entire day making all the cards at once. Can't wait to get it.
Waiting on pins and needles for the release of Anna Griffin's cricut cartridge!

They were not all Anna Griffin. There were 3 5X7 and 2 4X6 regular cuttlebug folders that I will use, just didn't expect.

Jealous!LOL! My hope is that there will be flood of the old C-Bugs on eBay and I can get a great deal - That is so neat that your GD is learning creative skills. Believe me - this will pay off down the road. Not just with crafting thigs, but learning overall. I think "creative thinking" is something that kids are lacking these days. So much is plopped in front of them and they never have to "think" about things. There is less and less creative play, everything is so structured. Hooray for you!

When I saw the first folder on top, I thought maybe it was a mistake. I then realized that as KathyRosco said that some of the folders were not by Anna Griffin. I also got the Anna Griffin Cuttle bug and folders yesterday. Really love everything that I got. I didnot get autoship though, which I already regret. I want the Anna Griffin washi tape, but can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I might be able to find these tapes?

Hi, Just an update. Anne Griffin has made a statement on her blog that they are bringing back the folders and machine in April. There was a major "outcry" from the crafting community through HSN. Anne said that they underestimated the popularity and are responding to the requests. Love my folders and I too did not realize they where not all AG. But I must say the fabric swatches are nice folders and I like the new machine. I did not care for my old green - planning on giving it away now that the beautiful gold one is in my hands.

I could kick myself for not looking in to this. Is the offer coming back on April? If so I will start stalking the sight everyday from mid-March on!! I have realized how much I enjoy the folders with making cards, I used a Christmas one on my cards and didn't use anything else on the front. People loved it!!

I'm so happy to see that HSN has seen the error of their ways. I was one of the people with an outcry, posting to them on their Facebook site when they sold out of the offer so quickly. Anna Griffin always sells out so fast I don't know what they were thinking. "Crafter outcry" is putting it mildly. There is no fury like a scrapper scorned.  Can't wait to be able to try to order again. I'm hoping they will at least offer the plates separately as an auto-ship package.

This Grammy could use a break. We are also on the "in case of an emergency" card for our other grandchildren (7, 8, & 10). Sometimes it's hard to do any real scrapping without little hands helping. We did make some beautifully creative valentines for mom & dad. I wish I had been able to get the AG cuttlebug and folders. Just couldn't justify the $100+ for something I already have. Hopefully she will put some of her beautiful folders up seperately at some point. I really wanted the weaving styled folder. Oh well, did get the we r memories envelope tool.
