I haven't been on this site for a while, but I went to login to the Rewards site and couldn't get it. I thought I forgot my password, so I requested a new one. Then I logged in with that and changed it just like it prompted me to do. Yet, when I logged on and clicked on My Account, it comes right back to the login screen! :)
Is the site down right now or am I doing something wrong??

I just logged into it just now, worked fine. Maybe you need to close your browser and open it back up.

I tried your suggestions... Now I get some kind of runtime errors! :( I'm too tired to keep trying tonight. Maybe tomorrow will work for me.

If you are using Windows 8 or an ipad or other mobile device - your rewards will not show up. I tried this from several devices and was unable to see the "rewards balance" - but once i moved to a pc with Windows 7 it worked fine. Worth a try - maybe it will work.

That must be it... I just got a new laptop for Christmas and it's Windows 8. Bummer.

The same thing just happened to me when I tried to login to the rewards site! I also received a new laptop with Windows 8 for Christmas so that must be the issue.

I tried yesterday, and today to redeem points. I can put the item into my cart, go to checkout, verify my billing/shipping info, but after I select the shipping option and click continue, I get a run-time error. Is that part of the site broken? I know it's not my PC/OS because I redeemed points just a few weeks ago. Does anyone know what's going on?

Windows 8 user here too! Cant get into rewards area!
Cricut needs to keep up on the times - I don't want to go find a Windows 7 computer to log into their site!!! Just more bad customer service!!

My windows Vista laptop died about a month ago. It irked me to no end that I had to replace it with another laptop instead of a tablet. I really wanted a tablet. My son is an electrical design engineer and he emphatically told me to stay away from anything involving windows 8. He couldn't care less about CCR - but as of right now it is a very unstable platform. Windows 8 was originally designed for mobile device / touch screens. Not laptops. I LOVE Android. I wanted a nifty little Android tablet that I could load CCR on and use on my craft desk. The ProvoCraft engineers evidently have not heard the news - the BIG THREE operating systems are iOS, Android and Windows. CCR will only play with windows and Apple. ok called CS and they were able to walk me through to get it fixed! sorry cannot remember all the steps Please call them if you are having this issue. It is a windows 8 issue!

I don't have Windows 8 and am having the same problem. Don't have new computers either. Have changed my password 3 times. Then the site returns me to the page to sign in and it will not allow me in. Doesn't give me reason. I wanted to use my rewards. This problem has just started within the past 2 weeks.
I finally got an email that tells me to call to resolve the issue.

I just now tried to loin to CricutRewards and it won't let me sign in at all. It just keeps sending me back to the sign in place.I saw that they have a few new things in there that I might like as I have 89 cartridges--I don't need any more!

For the past two days I have tried to log-in to the REWARDS page. I sign-in, then it asks for the password again......sigh.... I am signing in on my DELL laptop, not a cellphone. I am ALSO having issues trying to get the Cricut Craftroom to load on this laptop. I was just wondering if anyone is having the same two issues and IF they are somehow linked. Thanks! bex

I have been having this problem too.... I have windows 8 and using IE. Two ways to correct it.... when you go to rewards site click on the torn paper symbol in the search bar or go into it with Chrome. Both of those worked for me after I got a new password, spoke with CS and still couldn't get in with IE... gave up and used Chrome. Someone else mentioned the torn paper solution.

I am having same problem, so went to this older pc with windows 7, still cannot get in, also cannot load CCR on this one.
If I call PC again today, they will probably come take all of my cricut stuff away. PC told me about the torn paper, but I cannot even find that. Please help me find the torn paper, I need detailed, specific instructions.

I'm having trouble getting into the Rewards site as well, and have an old laptop without Windows 8. Can anyone suggest another way of getting in. I have two cartridges I'd like to load and see my balance. Thanks
