rhonda Rhonda, I am sorry this happened, too. I talked to the mailman (yes, the one that is awful) he said once it shows delivered there is really no way to track it. He then proceeded to say maybe the person who shipped it put the wrong address on it  , I told him no that did not happen because you often mail things to me and I am sure you got the addy right. So, he suggested it might have been stolen. Then I said to him, that it was funny that NOTHING is ever his fault. When the mail is crushed: someone else delivered (not true) when something is missing it is the fault of the shipper or maybe someone stole it off my porch. Still waiting to hear from the supervisor.

Nothing on the missing Copics, since the daughter said they were not there. I am crossing my fingers that her parents had the good since to Return to Sender and they are on their way back to you! Ladies, I noticed that some wishlists include Stampin' Up products, I am a new demonstrator and would love if you ordered from me if you don't already have a consultant. Thank you for considering it!
