Can not get vinyl to stick to painted canvas.  I was trying to do the project in the Cricut Home Decor- magizine.Pg. 118.Can anyone help?

I spray a matte sealer on the canvas first so it's not pourous. After I apply the vinyl, I reseal again lightly.. Good luck and post pics
