Well, since Jess said we could open our goodies whenever our partners were ready, my partner and I have decided to open ours tomorrow! (I hope that is OK!)

I am in need of a pick-me-up and this will be fantastic ans sure to put a smile on my face! BigGrin

I dropped my laptop on the floor and wrecked the hard drive so it is not working. I will try to upload photos to my DH's old laptop and hopefully get them posted for you all to see.

It has been stressful here. My FIL will need chemo and radiation to extend his life for (hopefully) five more years and he is willing and wants to do that. So, my ILs will need to move back to their place in NYC to be closer to the hospital so he can get to treatments everyday. My DH is going to go and stay with them until my DH can figure out an alternative - home health aid/health care facility, etc. Needless to say, it has been hectic and stressful here. Thank you all to those who have passed on prayers and good wishes I believe they help.

wahooo Hippity hop hop easter is on its way. I luv easter my whole family gets together and visits for the afternoon. My family wasn't bit til we all had children and some of those kids or one of those kids has 3 now. GEESH. My son and one sister and her husband live away from here but my mother invites some people who have nobody else so it ends up being a big thing. Its so fun. No easter egg hunt on easter it got post poned til the snow melts. I guess we wont have an easter egg hunt til august. Thats how long its gonna take for all the snow to go away. BAHAHAHA. no not really. Most likely in may we will have the hunt. Its a big outdoor easter egg hunt on a farm and they hide them in hard places. I help the 2 year old find his those are way easy.

OH Thank you so very much Jess You sure spoiled me. I LUV IT ALl no dibbs. Mine. YAY luv these beautiful papers. And OOH all the yellow and xyron adhesive (ITS AWESOME flows little dots so easily - Yup used it already I LUV IT) And my first memory die and its GORGEOUS. I had to punch some out already. OH YEAH I have been playing already. YIPPEE. So funny I arranged everything to take a picture and I knew something was missing but didnt realize what it was til I turned around and seen my puppy Seneca holding onto my yellow button container by the cute little ribbon. So see on the basket in one picture the yellow buttons. She was helping me I guess. And MY STAMPl.. Oh I could go on and on THANK YOUJESS for spoiling me. I LUV IT ALL.

AS per Gail......I did open my TWO packages....AWESOME goodies inside.....WOW!!!!!! Gail, you did a wonderful job on it all...definitely things of GREAT use as well......love all the bling..where did you find the sheets? How cool is that?!!!! The lil' copi book is a must have and sooooooooo appreciate it. Good morning everyone!! Everyone is getting awesome baskets and lots of awesome goodies and so did I!! Thanks Lana!!

As you can see, I got a ton of trims and embellishments!!, a doily border punch, Nestabilities labels, a pretty purple bag, pretty springy paper, some Mentos, jelly beans and much, much more!!

Please excuse the mess in the background and the clothes on the table!! We are packing for vacation. We are leaving the day after Easter. My husband got laid off - all the stuff they need to haul is still buried under the snow, so we are taking advantage of the opportunity!! We are leaving for warmer places - the journey is the destination in our case. We are packing up our kids and our camper and following the Mississippi River down to the bottom - sort of a homeschool trip (I even found a curriculum to use), vacation, and our 4-year adoption "gotcha-versary" all rolled into one!! We have no plans other than our first stop!! We are flying by the seat of our pants!! Hopefully we will be well bonded at the end of this trip and not hate each other!!

Again, thanks Lana for the awesome, awesome "basket"!!!!!!

****I forgot to mention the Spring word book and two accordion books. I am pretty much a scrapbooker - thats why I love these embellishments so much!! And I have never done a mini album or an altered book - Lana is stretching me!! I am excited about vacation, but I also want to stay home and use all my goodies!!*****

My wonderful bag from Cheryl!!!! I love it all! She sent me a precious PiNK flowered bag that I love! Nestabilities Fleur Des Leis squares die (big wish!), 3 Copic browns markers ( For coloring my Maggie's), MS vine punch- love it!, glue dots- use all the time, bling, pretty ribbons, buttons, washi tape(my first), purple Stickles- DD wants these, Thank You embossing folder- (Love it!- using it this week for thank you cards), Reese's eggs, Skinny Cow clusters My FAVORITE snacks!!!!!!! Sweet Pea shower gel from Bath and Body -my absolute fav scent that they sell, MS flowers-perfect for cards, blue flocking, Easter paper pad- love it!!!!
