I don't know that if anything has really been announced about the reward program. It's done by a third party I believe so it might be a bit before we find anything out.

I would loves to see some new items on the circut rewards site. My suggestions are: Cricut t-shirts; Cricut tool kit; Imagine ink cartridges - colour & Black; Cricut 12 12 mats; Cricut plushie toys, big & small; Cricut cartridges: Sophie,Picturesque,Serenade,Jolly Holidays, Hello Kitty etc i.e. those rare cartridges that people sell on E-Bay for a fortune! As well as all of the Imagine cartridges.

OO I agreeee I would Love to have hello kitty the font But I m not going to Pay no EBAY price for it.. NO WAY!!!
I still do not understand the CIRLE carts on the rewards does it mean I have to be a CIRCLE memeber to get one????

I haven't been on site for a few months. Thought I would check to see if any new items had been added. Same old boring stuff! So wish they would add something NEW !!!

I would love to see Provo Craft/ Cricut let us use our points on the digital carts that are now available!!! do we all need to send a petion in??? LOL we could use EXTREME FONTS :)

They would still be able to reward its loyal customers AND not be out any physical product. Maybe since the current rewards program is done by a 3rd party they could continue to serve those of us who want physcial items (carts as well as other merchandise) :) AND some employees at PC could set up a Digital Cuts Rewards Program. Or they could both be done by one party or the other. Just a thought...or two... D-

Glad to see I am not the only one wondering about new Reward items. I thought I might end up using them on renewing my circle membership again.
I wish Circle members can get the other "Cricle" membership carts without having an additional membership. That would truly be a Circle reward.
I love the idea of using point for digital carts, exclusive digit ones as well.

I just now tried to redeem new cart certificates--I have never registered these 5 --it says that all are either wrong numbers or have previously registered them.--So it's still not working right. With these points I would be close to the 3000 mark. I am fed up with this!!!

JannyLee Janny, when on the Rewards site instead of looking under the "3,000", first make sure at the top of the page when you log into Rewards it says "Welcome Cirlce Member". If so, then go down, on left side, and click on cartridges. You should see some Circle cartridges that cost you points but do not renew your membership.

I have tried for the last two days to enter a certificate number from mini books and it is telling me the same thing. I really do not know why I am so concerned about it because there is nothing new in the rewards program.

I just tried to enter a certificate for a lite cart I just got and it worked for me. I have one more to enter I will see if that will work. I wish there we new items in the rewarsd program also I have aover 6500 points and nothing to get with them.
Hoep they will bring new stuff soon.

I actually spoke to a helpful customer service representative last week, a rare occurrence I know. Since he was so helpful, I quizzed him on quite a few things that had been added to my list of questions. I had already asked someone else the same questions but since their customer service is "lacking," I never know if it's a legit answer or not. Anyway, I digress, his answer to "When in the HE(LL) are there going to be new rewards?" was that PC's main focus has been on the newest software updates. He has fielded a lot, and he stressed "a lot," of inquiries on this very subject and he said that it is one of the newest priorities of the company now that the updates are working well. Phew! So, ladies and gents, I think it will be soon. I'm sitting on almost 3000 rewards but don't want to get the Circle membership because I am a little confused at whether or not I will get another "free" cartridge with the membership or if the cart I pick is considered my "free" one. Anyone know that answer?

Oh, BTW, another very helpful person at PC was Pam Welch. She helped me with my Imagine update that...wouldn't update! It went rather smoothly and she was actually quite pleasant. She should be promoted or something! Her email addy is PWelch@provocraft.comHope this helps someone. I don't know if she can answer all questions, but she can be an "insider" to get someone to help.
