I am new to Cricut forum. So I hope I am going this right. Since I can't call support until tomorrow. I join the Cricut craft room and was doing a project on Saturday. I put blade depth to 6, but was cutting way to deep for what I wanted. i had selected medium card stock. I normally keep my blade depth set at 4, but thought I would try their way. BIG MISTAKE! I had to stop the machine, but I stopped if on the Cricut not on my laptop. It made a horrible sound. Now I am having problems loading my mat and even thought I have my blade depth on four it is still cutting like on 6. I bought new blades and mat. No luck there. Wondering if blade in housing is to low, even though I have put it in right. My machine is an Expression and almost three years old. Cheryl in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Thank you scrapalette- I read your help info on your blog. Just follow the directions. Keep your fingers crossed and pray that does the trick. Otherwise I will cry!

Let us know if you get it fixed. Maybe try doing a machine reset on your E. I've had some issues that were fixed by doing a reset.
I would CRY BIG GIANT TEARS if my Cricut broke.
