Just got an E2, Trying to install my cricut craft room, however it just says craft room initiallizing, can't get past that...installed drivers, but can't do firmware update either...says something about some kind of brige thing???anyone know what to do?

It's most likely your anti-virus program blocking it. Which one are you using?
