it does pretty most the same thing when using the machine directly plus since the machine restart I loose my designs.
WHere can I find these old beta version?

Mine does the same thing, especially when you want it to cut, I can't use Craft room with mine cause the usb port is defective and provo craft won't fix it. So I am out of luck, and can't update my machine at all. All I can do is print and cut and 1/2 of my cartridges don't work either. Would love to replace the usb port but no place will even fix it.
