I will send you "U" items!

Who can send me some "V" items?

VELVET ribbon or VELVET paper swatches to use on card fronts
VICTORIAN and VINTAGE embellies or lace
VALENTINE stamped image or diecut (something cutsie) that I could use on a Val. card for 6YO boy or 10 YO girl
some pretty VIOLET paper swatches that I would use to cut out some flower petals with my dies
and some VIOLET buttons to use as centers on the flowers! lol
stamped VERSES, ie Happy Birthday, or a verse about butterflies, spring, etc.
VARIOUS cute diecuts or stamped images on copic safe paper
a stamped image of a VOLUPTIOUS lady (those comical ones)
embellies or diecuts related to my 2013 christmas VOYAGE (cruise)
and my favorite VICE - Reese pb cup!

(and you all thought V would be hard....)

Just thought I'd mention that I came up with a couple more ideas for the letter "U" to include in Jean's pkg.

Unadorned diecuts (as in naked chipboard cuts....) She gets to paint, ink, embellish them!

Umbrella

She asked for unusual diecuts but I also added another category of "not so Unusual" items! lol

Whatever works, right?

And I went with "Useful" items, or atleast what I think she may find useful in her crafting!

Could do Under the mistletoe themed ideas too ie: the Magnolia mistletoe metal die or other dies of mistletoe.

So excited to be home from DC and able to see what you have all been up to. I'm so exhausted. I have aches in places that I didn't know were muscles.We were busy from morning to late at night every day...we got to see some pretty amazing sights. It was freezing cold but it was a great experience.... getting to see DS marching in the Inaugural Parade was one of the most amazing moments. I was so proud of course there were tears. We got home this morning at 5:30 am after a 15 hour bus ride from the capitol. I took a little nap and am so excited to get back on the MB. Can't wait to get back to my craft table.

PS~ I received my package ...thanks so much. Thanks for the flowers, they're my favorite but of course...I love all the wonderful things that you sent.

orangesforadam~ I also received my package from you when I got home. I love the things you sent. Thanks so much for the cute little blue bird. He's awesome. Your package will go postal first thing in the morning. I'm really sorry that I didn't have a chance to mail before I left for DC.

Thanks again, ladies. Hope everyone is having a great week. We leave for FL on Friday and will be there for a week. Can't wait to hang out with Traci and craft together. Have a great day, ladies, I'm so happy to be back

trvkladd....glad you are back and that you had such a great time. I love DC. I have travelled all over the country with my DH and DS's (due to DH's work), and DC is on our list of places to visit again and again and again. It is a great family vacation. Most of the sights are free to see, including many of the museums. Just about everything can be reached from the Metro, which means you can stay outside of the city, and catch the metro in to sight see...no need to rent a car. The docents, guides, and just about everyone you meet at the sights are kind, friendly, and helpful, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. It is fun, moving, educational, and interesting for all ages.....including your sullen, bored, embarrassed to be seen with you teenager LOL . There are great restaurants, pubs, cafes, bakeries, farmer's markets, eateries, and street food. Inexpensive but good souvenirs can be found on every corner. I could keep going and going. We have been to DC 5 times as a family, and my oldest has gone 6, as he went with his 8th grade class, and we have loved each and every trip. If you have never gone, or never taken your family, please go, it would be a real shame to miss such a gem. GG

Just a clarification:
This is from your stash but you are not supposed to be sending leftovers unless you have talked to the person you are granting. You can send: used markers, pens (as long as they are NOT drying), or stamps. You can send lengths of ribbon but make sure it is a usable amount. Send what you would like to receive.

If you do not use an item like stickers, brads or buttons, please let your partner know this in your post.

When you receive a package, please make sure you Thank your grantor. Adding the letter to the post helps me keep up with who has sent/received items.
