Hi everyone!!!
Sorry to have been MIA these past few days!! Busy, busy weekend with the grandkids spending Friday night, I had to get the shower centerpieces finished, Saturday at noon was the baby shower, left there at 2:15 to get to our friends house by 3:30 to go to the State Awards Banquet for the NWTF that we are so involved with... that's National Wild Turkey Federation for those who don't know... and nope, I'm soooo not a hunter... that's all Bill, I just help out!! Then what should have been an hour and twenty minutes to the place turned into almost 3 hours!!! The expressway was closed because of a huge accident and we were re-routed through hilly country roads and little towns, following semi's that were going about 2 mph!!! Sooo frustrating!!! But from what I heard, there were no fatalities, so thank God for that!!! Anyway, it turned into a good night!! I won the double hammock that I wanted so badly and a goldfinch picture that goes with the bluebirds that Matthew won for me last year at our banquet! But the most exciting was that Bill won a very prestigious award of Volunteer of the Year!!! I thought he was going to pass out!! We had no idea!!!! He's being all humble and everything, but he really is soooo excited!!! So that was good!!! Then we spent the night and he had a State board meeting that I had to go to with him. There was another wife going and I was sure she'd want to leave and go shopping or something... no such luck! I sat in a recliner from 8 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon!!!!!!! What a wasted day!!!!!! I was soooo bored!!!! Such is my life... sigh....
Anyway.... Penny, your package is on its way!!!! I apologize for it going out late... like I told Traci, I even KNEW I should have taken it on Friday, it just didn't happen!!!! Your delivery confirmation number is: 0312 2860 0000 6802 3058 they say expected delivery date is Friday, but I'm hoping for sooner!!!!
AAAAANNNNNDDDDDD.... if you are still reading this little novel, guess what??? I got my package from Penny!!!! Yep, just got here, so I'm going to take pictures and post them a little later!! Penny, thank you sooooo very much, the card is just darling, you did an awesome job!!! And I love my Bella, she's soo cute! And I can't wait to finally use Tim's scissors!!!! Thank you again! I'll be back in a bit to post my treasures!!!!!

Good Morning!!! Just popping in real quick!!! FINALLY got in to the MB!! Grrr.... I wanted to say thank you again to Penny for my wonderful card and goodies!!! And to post the pictures!!!!! Here's the card, she made a tri-fold, and did a great job! Sorry the inside shot is so dark!!!  The inside all decorated with pretty floral paper!  Close up of the image...  Timmy scissors!!!!! Hi to all the SS sisters~ So excited to be home from DC and able to see what you have all been up to. I'm so exhausted. I have aches in places that I didn't know were muscles.  We were busy from morning to late at night every day...we got to see some pretty amazing sights. It was freezing cold but it was a great experience.... getting to see DS marching in the Inaugural Parade was one of the most amazing moments. I was so proud of course there were tears. We got home this morning at 5:30 am after a 15 hour bus ride from the capitol. I took a little nap and am so excited to get back on the MB. Can't wait to get back to my craft table. Ronnie~ I got your goodies while I was gone so I'm going postal first thing in the morning. I'm so excited. Can't wait for you to get it. Hope you love it as much as I loved creating it for you. Just got home from a very cold day. 15* for the high
Teri- my package is here and all I can say is WOW. The card is absolutely gorgeous. It took me a minute to figure out how to open it but it is beautiful. I need a little more work on mine.
Thanks so much for the copics. I have very few YR's so these will come in handy. I think that puts me over 120 and there are still more I would like.
And the stamp Nevaeh is my first saturated canary, yeah. Your Nevaeh on the card seems bigger do you have a digi of it? I have a few of the digi's but I didn't like them real large, I think because they are so thin they just didn't look right. Anyhow now I have agood example of how to color her.

Penny/Teri~ Great card. I love all the detail. The SC stamps are sooooo cute. I'm sure I'm going to get addicted to these as well.
I used a digi as well and just re-sized her down to 3" x 5" and printed her on good cardstock. I color with color pencils as I've not built up my Copics yet to the point of being able to use them for coloring. I only have 8 so far. Will be getting a huge set for my birthday...YAY!!!
Ok...I have an idea. Since not many of us have many SC stamps would anyone be willing to stamp and share them for anyone who's interested? I have 3 but they are all digi's.

I'll take just one of whichever ones you feel like stamping for me. I don't think there's one that I don't like. You can cut the cardstock to A2 size for easier mailing. Thanks so much.

WooHoo!! Glad you like it Teri. Did the glossy accents make it? Didn't see them in the photo. I love those flower ribbons, they aren't Webster's pages but thought you would like them too.

Hi all.... Rebecca.... your package is going postal late today or first thing in the morning. The flu has hit the Beach Bum's house! Thank you God that we have two bathrooms! The DH had taken over the bedroom and I had the guestroom.... the only thing we forgot was to feed the cat, bless his little heart.
I will be back with numbers..... I'm NOT sending the flu too.... it was all packed and ready to go before it hit, just didn't make it to post office. Last time I did the pick up thing on line, it took the post office three days to get out here to pick up the box.

Penny, sorry to not have answered your question sooner... yes, my Neveah is a digi! So she's bigger than the stamp. It's hard to figure out just what size you want to print, so i usually have a few that I do, that way depending on my project, it works!!!
