I'm wanting to give my gypsy to a friend, but wanted to delete all the photos and layouts I had stored on it. I deleted everything except this on item. Every time I try to delete it, it tells me and error occurred: Illegal Characters in Path. It has a lot of strange symbols and letters for the file name. I don't even know what it is? I can't do an update because I get another notice that says an error occurred: Sequence contains no elements Help, I don't know what to do. Looks like you deleted something you shouldn't. I suggest you call PC for help.

Looks like I was trying to sync with gypsy sync instead of cricut sync. Ugh! It's been so long. Trying to do an update, but it's stuck on "missing fonts" update. I restarted again and it's still on missing fonts. At the moment my gypsy says 1.4 0227 0237. The last post I read says it should be 0247. Then I read another post that said update should say 2.1.18 0227 0247.
