Can anyone tell me when the last update was? It seems ages ago that i updated but when i tried yesterday it said there was only a imagine content update,i have version 1.4 (0227:0247),is this the latest one? Any help appreciatedSmile

I just completed an update (to Version 1.4 0227:0247),but now all I have lost all of the free extra "mini" carts or cuts that were given to us for free. Here I was looking forward to getting some new ones, not have them taken away. Anyone have this problem? I don't know what to do now. Certainly afraid to do anymore updates.

edit: It just finished, finally!
it says: Cricut sync version 2.1.18, gypsy firmware version 0227,gypsy content version 0247

Try calling or doing Live Chat with PC. They should be able to help you to get your carts back onto your Gypsy.
