I am creating something in CCR and I need to use juke box to complete my project. When I go to cut it out, it says that I need to insert a cartridge even though I have juke box inserted where my cartridge should go. I hope this makes sense...Am I doing something wrong or does CCR not recognize the Juke Box.

You'll probably have to press the corresponding button on the Jukebox to select the cartridge. You may find you'll have to remove and insert the cart on occasions too.

This is what I do when I get that message...
try the button first, if that doesn't work unplug the Jukebox from the machine, plug it back in then push the correct button.

Hello! The Juke box is not designed to work with Cricut Craft Room.The Cricut Craft Room has a linking feature that will allow you to use multiple cartridges in one design quite easily. I hope that this helps!
