Hi,
I downloaded the Cricut design studio on the link you sent me.
Using a Windows Vista 7 Sony Vaio Notebook, I installed, did the procedures and my cricut cake machine it`s still not working on mode.

I made it 3 times.

One highlight: the URL of the program you sent me (cricut design studio) did not had the option of my machine (cricut cake), The only options are:
CricutPersonal Cutter
Cricut Expression
Cricut Create

I downloaded the Cricut Craft Room, from the cricut website, and tried to update the firmware. But this program does not recognize the machine anymore (it only recognized on the 1st time on my macbook air notebook - then I made the firmware updated the software asked and, since then, my machine is not working anymore....)

I also tried calling to those numbers. The number from UK, I hear a message that the phone doesn`t existis.
The number from US, I choose numbers 6 and then 3... and no one nobody answers me. I tried twice. On the fisrt time I waited for 9 minutes and on the second time I waited for 5 minutes....

I`m really really upset with the Cricut Support. My machine was working perfectly until the cricut software broke it.... you broke my machine.....
