Shouldn't a Company give you some warning that they are changing their policies so that you get a chance to use up your reward points? Not happy at all! We waited so long to too be able to get rewards too.
And it is so unfair that we are unable to purchase digital as well. How hard is it to provide access to download from anywhere in the world?
This absolutely makes me furious! ProvoCraft will sell you their machines and cartridges, then encourage you to sign up for CCR - but WILL NOT HONOR YOUR REWARDS OR SELL YOU DIGITAL CONTENT?????? What in heavens name is WRONG with this company????? Is the state of Utah at war with the UK or Australia? Did their financial department forget how to convert currency?
This makes no sense! Where are all of those cute Cricut people that are supposed to answer questions? I'm 62 years old, and I've seen alot of corporate blunders over the years - but this company honestly seems to be on a suicide mission. They will not honor their commitments to their customers, we are issued gag orders for mentioning the "unmentionable", they sue other companies and they threaten bloggers. Are we supposed to think that is ok because.... the TEDDY BEAR PARADE is so cute? Really? Or is the new gold designer Cuttlebug going to save their reputation? Really?
Here is how they could fix things;
1.When you are about to implement a policy change that will affect sales and rewards issue a written statement well in advance of the change.
2. Make good on your promises to fix the Gypsy. If you can't fix the linking problem - then just say so! Own your mistake. Don't hide behind.... coming soon....we're working on it....help is on the way..... call customer service.
3. Utilize PayPal. It's a wonderful new fangled concept of electronic transfer of funds. And they will convert the currency. Pay the small fee per transaction. You will be well rewarded with an increase in sales from not only US customers, but customers abroad.
4. Allow third party applications to be used on your machines. I'm sure you must have learned that lesson the hard way.
5. Embrace your bloggers. If they love your products enough to have a dedicated blog about it - well- you just got alot of free advertising. Free advertising = increased sales.
6. Even if you can't / won't do all of the above, then just pick one. Just one. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while.
