HSN Warranty protection - have you used it?

My imagine is giving me trouble and I called HSN warranty. They said someone would contact me to get it somewhere it can be repaired. The last time I had this problem is right after I purchased it and I had to send it back, twice.
Does anyone have experience with them? Are these repair places close usually? Can they really be fixed?

Kris There's been a few people that have used their HSN extended warranty on the Imagine. They've ended up getting reinbursed; at least the ones I'm aware of as it wasn't able to be repaired. HTH :)Khrista
