When I turn my I on, I get to the start up screen, but then it won't go anywhere else. I can run the troubleshoot with Sync & it works for a few days. If I leave it sitting for 2 or 3 days without turning it on, it will do the same thing. Has anybody else experienced this same issue? If so, what have you done to correct it? My I & E are on a rolling cart that they stay on all the time, so it isn't move around to cause the calibration to be off. I'm at a loss on this? I also unplug it when I am finished with it. Wonder if that could be the cause?

Tammy, my machine is always unplugged unless I am using it. I've heard of overheating and potential fires.  I've never come across the issue you are decribing. So it never finishes start up? And then you restore and it works again? Very strange. I sometimes go weeks without touching mine and I've not had issues starting it. I have other kinds of issues. LOL. Like not feeding the mat back to cut after printing or not wanting to feed the mat at all. Tis a touchy machine, but I usually talk nice to it an then it starts working. I just would love to be able to use the newer original carts with my Gypsy Imagine app. You might run this one past support and see what they say.
