I tried setting up my E2 today and I followed the instructions verbatim in the manual and when I hit the power button the Cricut logo comes up and stays up with all of the buttons lit. Nothing else happens. The manual said that a screen calibration should happen next, but nothing. Anyone else have this problem?

Melissa,
I'm having this exact issue with my CE2. What ended up being your solution?! I think I'm screwed, as I bought it 18 months ago through Creative Memories and have never been nor have found the time to become a Cricut user since :( :( Thanks for your help!

I'm having the same problem. If anyone find a fix please post! I have had my E2 for 16 mths and use it maybe 10 times, because I have two cricut machines. Thanks to anyone who can help me. This is the only machine I have that will cut 12x24 and I really need to get fix on this ASAP. Thanks again.
