Hello, I received an expression 2 for Christmas. I decided to make the dog which is one of the preloaded designs. I printed the two 4" dogs like the Cricut Alphabet booklet says but can't figure out how to get to the <dog-s> to make the collar and ears. I was also told by the paperwork in my box that I needed to go to www.cricut.com/expressions2 to register my machine and unlock the pre-loaded cartridges but when I type in that address it just brings me to the regular website. Thanks!

I have an Expression so i just hit the shift button and then the image that i want to cut. Someone will come along with the E2 to help you. Right you register your machine on this site.

I have the expression 2. when you are in the shape menu there are the icons on the left. The top left icon is the blackout/shadow button and the bottom icon is the shift/lock button. With these buttons you can get all the pieces you will need for each item. I myself like doing all the stuff on the computer in the cricut craft room. It is just easier for me to get all the layers ready and then cut everything out. I have 3 mats that I use so I can do up to 3 layers without stripping the paper.
