How long should the update take with cricut sync? i have an e2 and it has already taken 41 minutes and it still says
Do not turn off device expression 2 updating
Installing firmware: working and there is a green striped line that keeps spinning. I have never seen an update take this long.

I walked away from the computer last night. It sat there all night and did nothing. I came back this morning and clicked out of it and reopened it restarted it and it worked within 10 minutes it was totally updated.
