My computer does not recognize my cricut E2 as being connected no matter what I do. Right now my computer doesn't recognize the driver. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling cricut craft room and the epressions 2 drive but it doesn't seem to matter. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hello Aimee- There are lots of reasons why the computer may not recognize your Expression 2 and the drivers. I wopuld be best if you called customer service at 877-7cricut. We would need to know what type of comuter you are using, what operating system you have, if Adobe Air is properly installed, and several other peices of information.
