Thanks for Hosting this week and for the nice sketches. Guess I'll be making a Valentines card for each of my two younger DGC. They love recieving mail, so I will send them through Snail Mail.

#1 - Like the purple & pink color combo, all the tiny hearts, and the sentiment font is very pretty. Nice card!
#2 - These two colors always look great together and the printed paper is very pretty, the cupcake looks sooooo yummy!
#3 - Cute Valentine's Day card, LOVE all the hearts and the Piggy sticker is very cute. The embossing is so pretty on the white cardstock. Bingolady - Thanks for hosting this week with 2 good sketches and a extra challenge for #3. I think alot of us are trying to do a holiday card every week so that will work well.

Lydia, thanks for hosting! I really do like your last challenge as well! Besides making a few Valentine's cards, I also want to keep making a Christmas card through out the year so I will have enough at the end!  Your sample cards turned out very nice! I especially like your Valentine's card! Fits the day perfectly!

BINGOLADY - thanks for hosting, great sketches I already have an image in mind for #2 plus a great extra credit I guess I do need to make a Valentines card.
Love your sample, pretty purple and pink on #1 #2 cute cupcake with all the embossing love the "dot" on the i in birthday. Lovely Valentine card, perfect embossing folder for that one.
DEE - thanks for the awesome colors, they should work great for Valentine.

LisaW.: great "Wild for you" card. I don't believe I've sen animal prints in those colors. Love them! Love love love the black/white/pink card. That paper is adorable!

Ok... I was super busy cleaning today since I was catching up from all the sick days of doing no chores. I tried logging on earlier tonight but eh... forum still hates me
Anyway, since I couldn't log on, I managed to find the time to make sketch 2
I needed to make a sympathy card... we so hate making these don't we? This card is also my first entry to Digi Desserts Fridaze where some of our friends just happened to be part of their Design Team. Dee, you just happened to pick my favorite color combination! Love these colors together! NanaDonna, I have had that same problem with last weeks challenge! It would not let me log in for nothing!  Carrottop, love your sketch 1 card! The blue and white are just beautiful together! Michelle, wow, you have been busy! Such a pretty purple card! Love the checkered ribbon! It really ties it all together beautifully! Such bright fun colors on your birthday card! Your Valentine card is cool looking too! Turtlebug, love your sketch 1 card! Everything just flows so nicely together! Raquel, love your take on the Frankincense bush! Such beautiful rich colors and papers you used on your sympathy card! #3 - Very pretty, love the deep and light color blues and the snowflake is awesome, very elegant Christmas card.

Like the purples, pretty stamp and the embossing. Is it a CuttleBug folder, what is the name if it?
#1 - Like the truck image with the gear stamping behind it. The BG paper with the circles complements the theme of the card very nice.
#3 - Nice inking around all the edges in this Ad Color card, makes the white cardstock pop. Like the metallic embossed strips, too.

Hello hello all, again having trouble logging on th MB today so I hopped over to IE and logged in. Wonderful cards already .
Today we went to the Desert Museum with Miss Emma and her Mommy. The Desert Museum is an outdoor museum that has exhibits of all the wildlife and plants of the Sonoran Desert. They recently opened an aquarium area to display all the sea life from the Sonoran desert, now you might think "Sea life in the desert?" well yes there are may lakes, streams and rivers where there are fish. Also the Sonoran desert reaches down into Mexico where there is ocean areas or the Baja Peninsula. We had a fabulous time and Miss Emma really enjoyed herself running around.
I am hoping to get time tomorrow to work on my cards.

#1 - Very nice Ad Color and #3 card, love the Cupid stamp and the Bling on the sides, the cute bows add a sweet touch to the card. Nice how you worked the color black into the card. Very nice!!
#2 - How CUTE!! LOVE this stamp, like the bright yellow and green colors and the Buttons/Brads in the center of the matching flowers. The embossing looks great in the background. Great job!!

Glad you all had a nice time at the DM. We were there about 2 years ago when the kids came to visit from Minnisota, and boy it was almost a whole day affair. It has really grown throughout the years and is very informative. Love the Gift Shop there, they have some beautiful Indian crafts and medicines made right here by the Tohono O'odham and Pascua Yaqui Indian Tribes. Did Emma have a favorite?? My #3 Any Holiday Card:
Surprise!! I chose a Valentine's Day card to make. Actually, I will be making two, one for each of my younger grandchildren. This one is for my DGD and I wanted to make it my Ad Color card, but I just couldn't bring myself to add black to it, sorry! I will try when I make the one for my grandson. Maybe, the black behind this card will count???
No Cricut on this one, sorry. I used a heart Doily and sprayed it with white Pearl Mist and added glittered Heart Brads and a "Be Mine" gel sticker. The BG paper I picked up at Target last year. The ribbon is red lace. I punched the top right corner with a Heart design, but it is not very noticeable.

Ladies I just got home from Bingo, and I didn't win britishg,very nice cards, love the image on # 2 it is so adorable. Turtlbug,cute princess ,and the Valentine card is pretty love the red ribbon.
