i want to use the teddy bear parade in the cratf room but you hit shift and get the second bear but when you are int he craft room you cant hit the shift to get the shadow bear hope someone can help me please

Look at the bottom of the keypad and there is a Show Shift/Lock Images. Press that and you will get the SHIFT image for each of the keypads.
