This is beautiful!! I am new to this altogether and am trying to do work along the lines of this. I have bought several tiles and am wanting to use them to create home decor pieces. Did you do each name and put them on indiviually? Or did you put it on all at once with a big piece of transfer tape? I am asking because, I am trying to figure out how to get words and images even when putting them on a tile from transfer tape. For example, I cut out a pretty designed border and was going to put words inside. I used transfer tape to put it on, and it wasn't centered. I don't know whether to scrap it or just what to do. Again, I am completely new at this, but would love some suggestions!
Is there any way to desgin the whole tile on the mat screen so it will cut it all out at once and I can use the transfer tape at one time, instead of doing it piece by piece? I am worried about being level and even.

If you use Cricut Craft Room {which is free}, a Gypsy or Design Studio, you can design your entire project on one mat. Cut it, weed out the parts that aren't part of the design and then use transfer tape to move it to your project. Edited by user Monday, January 07, 2013 10:28:29 AM(UTC)

Do I download the Cricut Craft Room from this site? And to get to it from my Cricut, do I just connect to my computer with the USB?

At the top of the forum, along the line with the Cricut logo on the left, is a Craft Room icon. Click that for CCR.

Hi , I am glad someone helped you out, I use my gypsy to do everything, but i was going to suggest,that i put my transfer tape over my image that i cut out, i then use the hinge method. I take the image with the transfer tape on and place it on the tile and get it straight, i take pieces of painters tape and place it on like hinges on a door. double check that it is still straight. then i flip it over (open it like a door) then peel off the back of the vinyl paper so the image is still stuck to the transfer tape, then flip the image back over the tile (closing the door) then take your credit card or what ever flat thing you have to press the image down on the tile. slowly peel of the transfer tape off the tile, and WoW your tile is done. I go to utube to see how things are done, that might help if my explanation isn't very good. there is also the misting method if you are doing vinyl on glass. check out utube for that also.
