Hi all, hope you enjoyed you holiday. I will get right down to it, my expression is making a weird grinding noise and I think it might be feeding the paper lopsided, does anyone know how to get these machines looked at? Has anyone had any issues like this and if so how do you fix it? Thanks, Cricut lover!

If your mat isn't going perfectly straight into the machine, I think it can grind along the edges. Be sure you're placing the right side of the mat just inside the guide. Then, make sure you putting pressure straight ahead into the machine as you load the mat. If you don't exert the pressure straight ahead (I hold the middle of the mat at the end closest to me to guide it), it might rub against the sides of the guide or the inner left edge of the machine.
Hope that helps.

Mine was doing that and after a few complete resets they gave up and sent me a new one. Definitely call them and let them trouble shoot with you. HTH
