Just received my expression 2 and did the calibration then the screen starts to freeze. Some icons work some don't. Also when I am able to get to a font/shape screen and tap it will not give me the one I tap--I tap d and it displays c. I turned it off and back on but I am taking back to the zoom screen after pushing the home button I am back to the mat screen but the stylus doesn't seem to work. I am frustrated was looking forward to using it and can't. Any help will be appreciated

The same thing happened to me. I called the company and they walked me thru all kinds of steps to fix it. Call them, the gentleman was very nice.

The same thing is happening to me and I just got it on Thursday. Needless to say, I'm so sad and disappointed. I sure hope this is something Cricut can help over the phone. I would hate to return it.
