This is what I'm doing soon..... http://clarks.smugmug.co...NuaT4/1/583746810_Dvapw#!i=613238533&k=3iYjA This is the 15x30 cabinet for $22: http://www.ikea.com/us/e...talog/products/14383810/or this one 12x30 might work too: http://www.ikea.com/us/e...ucts/14383810/#/34383710With just a little extra work cutting the boards to make the shelves (you can purchase the sheets at Lowes or HD and then ask an employee to cut them to the size you need for free), this is the largest and CHEAPEST 12x12 paper storage I've ever found.

I know this is kinda late, but my dh hijacked my computer last night to play everquest. For my 12x12 paper storage, I use the expedit and cropper hopper vertical storage. My room is very small, and vertical was the only way to go for me. If you have any 8.5 by 11 paper, the flyt magazine storage is perfect. It comes in a pack of 5 for $1.99. Super cheap! Of course you can use them to hold cricut magazines as well. http://www.ikea.com/us/e...talog/products/50022354/I have had my eye on the Alex drawer units for a couple of years now. I am at maximum capacity in my current space, but once I am able to move into a bigger space I would love to get some of these and stack them. They would be perfect for storing all kinds of embelishments, tools etc. http://www.ikea.com/us/e...tments/workspaces/10711/

So....did you decide to redo your scrapbook room and buy from Ikea? From reading another thread, I thought you were giving up scrapbooking? Hope you decided to stay!

I have the 2x8 Expedits. I like the smaller size as I can move them around vs. one of the bigger ones. I also have the Alex units. Two of those with feet on them and a table top used to be my sewing table. They still are set up that way, but I have my cricut machines on it now. I also use the Recollections units from Michael's for my paper etc.

I decided to redo my room and I am slowly putting it back together again. I got a couple of expedit's from Ikea and a desk. Hubby tried to get me to get a set of drawers but I wouldn't and now I am so wishing I had. Boy oh boy do I need more storage space but I am so happy with the new furniture. The desk that I got is 78 inches long. How exciting! It is still overwhelming because I still have so much stuff to go through and organize but what fun I am having looking at all my stuff!! The ooh's and aww's are fantastic!!! Hopefully by Friday I will be completely organized and ready for my giveaway. Since I have never done a giveaway before, I have to do some research on how it's done. Thanks so much for your wonderful comments!!! Sincerely, Sharondalyn

I have the VIKA GRUVAN table top in my room, but it looks like they don't have the table legs I used anymore. They are double shelves in an A-frame type look. I love that I went with the IKEA systems because they have such clean lines and I love how I have multiple choices of inserts for the Expedits. It makes my life easier when products work together so nicely.
