I have had no trouble linking all my carts to my account but it will not link George and Basic shapes no matter how many times I try. Any suggestions?

George can usually only be linked using a Gypsy. And then only with certain Cricuts. But I wonder if you call PC customer service and give them the serial number they might be able to link it to your account for you.

I never got my George to link and just leave him in my Cricut {since there has to be a cart plugged into it}.

I had a problem with the George and Basic Shapes also. Called customer service and in less than one minutes it was linked to my Craft Room. Best customer service ever!
