I am so frustrated right now. Am working on some vinyl projects. Completed 2 of them with much difficulty. Now for the third it doesn't matter what settings I use the vinyl is either not cut all the way through, cuts it all the way through, or just tears it up. My machine is up to date. I have tries all the recommended settings to cut vinyl (machine, kiss cut, act) and nothing is resolving the issue.
And of course Cricut doesn't have support hours on the weekend (when I'm guessing many people have the time to work on their projects).
Anyone have any ideas? This should be fun....not raise my blood pressure.

Try taking the Blade housing out, removing the blade and blowing into the empty housing to remove and paper pieces that might be inside. Have you tried updating your machine?
