Hello I have recently started using my cricut again after a long absence, it has been working great until tonight. I was cutting out some hearts from the Craft room basics like I have a few times before - when it goes to cut the side closest to the blade housing it isn't cutting a heart Any ideas on what I can do to fix this problem? Laura Hello! There are several things that could fix the issue you are experiencing. Unfortunately without more information is is hard to help you over this message board. Have you completely update the Cricut Craft Room? Is Adobe Air properly installed? Have you updated the Cricut machine? These are just a few questions and solutions to your issue.
