I'm so excited that we're almost through with the Christmas rush. Can't wait to get started on all of my new swaps.

I have a few cards to make for a card swap and then I will probably get started working on the last few projects that I'm doing for my kids for Christmas. I sure wished I could join, but I just moved.....(to Richmond.....are you close?) and I'm afraid my scrapbooking room wont be done in time, so I will forsure join the next one, I just LOVED the fall tickets!!

Rhonda, I am so glad to hear you have some time for yourself !!!!!!
My husband and i are going to finish the last of the shopping this morning. We have some friends coming over tonight to celebrate Christmas. When they come over its like the official start of Christmas for me. I still need to make dinner , which will take about 45 minutes tops and do a quick cleaning of the house.
Things are well under control for Christmas . I used my Mom's pie pan for the first time since she passed, 5 years ago, without it making me sad. It took some time but when I think of Christmas its the great ones i remember now. I have a feeling it will be a good Christmas at the Hunter house.

Scrapbookingteacher....I know what you mean...the wind is already crazy here this morning. Then to top it off...a BLIZZARD WARNING....Nooooooooooo....I hate snow and to think we could get a foot of it or more...Ekkkks...thank goodness we are on Shut-down until the 2nd. Road advisor with the heavy winds and snow...roads will be closed. I'm not ready for this...lol. Enjoy your craft time.

Rhonda, so glad you have some time for yourself finally!!! Relax and enjoy the days off!!!! I hope you had a happy and peaceful Christmas! Ours was really nice, everyone had a good time and the kids behaved so well!!!! I got a Kindle Fire so now have to figure out everything it does! I'm so not technology savvy!!! LOL!!
I may even start my tickets today! Since we are supposed to get a ton of snow today, I did all my errands first thing this morning, putting on spaghetti sauce in a bit, and then staying in and playing in the art room!! Randi is off, so no kiddos today, it's very quiet here... and very nice for a change!! heehee!!

Hi Ticket Ladies~ The weather is terrible here too. Since I was supposed to be going to FL and my trip was cancelled due to mechanical issues with my car...I guess I'm going to spend the day crafting. NOT the same as spending the day with my sister but what can you do??? I'll post pics of my tickets as soon as they're done and will get them in the mail as soon as the weather permits. I had a wonderful Christmas. DH bought me a Pandora bracelet with charms..gorgeous! I rec'vd Taylor Swift and Kip Moore CDs, Gift cards, and a jacket. Did well....thanks for asking. I hope yours was just as blessed

Looks (on news at least) like you probably got quite a bit of snow. Hope you are having fun crafting! I finished my tags yesterday and will be shipping them out by the end of the week. Definitely fun and once I figured out what I wanted to do, they came together easily. However, that ticket die cut is looking more and more fun. I had to toss at least one group as I scored a bit too heavily and punched a hole in the papers  Oh well - they are ready to go and will be heading that way soon!

Scraprageous...we didn't get as much as perdicted, thank goodness, but we were still hit pretty hard...maybe 8 inches or more....ughhhh. I don't like this at all...lol.

OK...I was sent a PM telling me that she couldn't finish this swap. I am sorry and prayers are with her and the issue. BUT...I'm cracking down...I"ve been harassed about being late on swaps so I'm fixing that and those that join...I"m going to get tougher. I'm sorry, but they are due the 7th...and if this person had PM'd me alot sooner I could have let it go...but not this close to the DUE DATE! I will post she flaked and post to that thread as well.

I'm not sure how you can Flake on a swap that is still open and you ask to be removed. (sent pm 12/26/12 asking to be removed) but so be it.
