 Just had a gypsy for Christmas. Worked ok when first switched on. Downloaded sync, firmware update, then it switched itself off. Won't stay switched on now but for a few seconds. Help!!!! Have reset but still no Joy.

A...Have you thoroughly charged your Gypsy?
B...It will switch to "sleep" mode if you don't use it in a few seconds. thouch the screen and it will come back on.
C...If all else fails call ProvoCraft service, they are a great help.
