Trying to update my gypsy so I can add some new carts and when I try to sync with my computer I get an error message that says "won't connect to bridge, please try again" and it does the same thing... can anybody help?? thanks

at the risk of falling into the "duh" category, I am assuming that you powered everything off (computer, gypsy, etc) and tried it again? sometimes that helps. also closing all other programs while you're trying to do this could help. If it persists, call PC and have them walk you through it. when I've called them in the past they've been really helpful.
