I need to make 12 boxes and now and this is the crap I get, slowed down the speed and the pressure because its not a thick paper by anymeans and tore up like this (note same thing happened with increased speed and pressure!) So what do I change/????? Chantel attached the following image(s):

there are some papers, especially thin single sheets like you can buy at hobby lobby that simply will not cut well for me. You might can lesson the rips/tears if you shorten your blade depth to 3 or 4 and do multi cut.You stated you only adjusted the pressure and speed, but your blade may be cutting to deep into the mat and basically missing the paper all together.
First make sure that you don't have any of the paper shreds caught up inside the blade housing as this will cause the blade to hang up and cut even worse. Take the blade out of the housing and clean away any fibers.
Hope this helps, but I rarely get perfect results cutting thin paper and I try to avoid using it if at all possible
