Do I have to have cartridges with the cricut design studio. It says "cut what you see". It didn't work with my cricut create so I am thinking about buying an expression just so I can use it. If I have to have cartridges, it will make me re'think buying another cricut. HELP

HELP Design Studio isn't a replacement for cartridges, but an add-on. Yes, you can cut what you see on the DS screen, provided you own the cartridge/s you used in the design.
