I purchased my Cricut Imagine 1 year ago. Set it up and put it away for a later time. Just pulled it out to be creative for Christmas and it's stuck on cricut imagine screen. I have tried downloading the CricutSync but their is no help tab in the top left corner like the pictures in the posting show. I have a mac but I have 10.6 and it says 10.5 or higher.
