 There is a way to add Cricut cartridge booklets to iBooks on the iPad and I have loaded several but I want to upload my newest ones but I have forgotten how. Can someone refresh my memory?

After you download it from cricut.com, click near the top right corner and there will be an option to open in iBooks.
