I recieved the most special, womderful, thoughful box from Teri (aka M & K Grandma). She created/bought things that show so much love and thought. Now these are all mine and I will only share a little of my candy (well maybe not, because I can eat a piece a day and 2 on Christmas - lol.) Teri created "simple & vintagy" because that is what I like. Thank you so much Teri!

Picture of my wrapped items, complete with ribbon

My very touching card - very special

Day 1 Fruit - a very nice set of thank you cards with stamped blackberry vines

Day 2 Love - a very pretty picture frame (for dh and my picture) and my favorite candy

Day 3 French - a do it your self French Country calendar kit

Day 4 Feathers - a beautiful tea cup with a bird, charm, stick pin and ribbon to hang

Day 4 Feathers - my beautifu tea cup close up

You did a great job coloring her! She is a whimsey stamp. I believe some of the other images I sent are also whimsey ones. They have good prices or fair prices on their stamps and they seem to stamp really well.

Hi ladies, so excited to see everything that is coming out of this swap. I've been lurking as a guest when I can't sign in and I don't have time to tell each person individually all the wonderful things that I've seen. I love everything. I totally agree with Teri that we are a talented bunch of ladies. I'm in awe! Everyone has done such a special/wonderful, fantastic/amazing job at everything.

DD is graduating from college tomorrow and I've been trying to get the house ready for guests and not being able to log in has been frustrating because when I have time to post and actually hang out I can't get on. UUUGGGHHH!

I'll be away for the weekend visiting with my family. But will be back on on Sunday/Monday. Hope everyone is having a great week.

Peachy~ I'm so sorry that you didn't get your box yet. I know it's hard to wait when you're one of the first to send out... so my sympathy and compassion is with you ...hope you get your box soon!

Have a great weekend, ladies

~Rebecca

Debbie, I absolutely LOVE everything that you sent to Candy! The ladybug is so gorgeous!

But that beading on the snowman and stocking on the banner! MY GOSH! Did you do that all yourself? And the same with the snowman tote with candy? It all definitely has a New Mexico feel to me with that beadwork.

The french tag is very special too.

Heck, it's all special and the star 12 days of christmas turned out lovely too.

Just super job!

No doubt Candy is going to be enjoying everything!

my box from Teri (aka M & K Grandma)

Day 5 - Beautiful banner for my craft room

Day 6 - Perfect tags - I think they will be diplayed so I can keep them

Day 7 - 6 X 6 Green and Blue paper stacks (My Minds Eye & Prima)

Day 8 - Pearls. The most beautiful altered jar (lace. pearls, flowerd snf ribbon) with pearls inside with a tea light. It's hard to see but the tea light flickers and it is so beautiful tha way the pearls inside and the lace and pearls out side reflect.

Day 8 - Pearls - Inside view

Day 9 - My purse, Look at those cute as can be cherries. Teri di you make this purse. either way I love it.

Day 9 - Look what was inside my purse - yummy. This is why I will make my candy last - lol.

Teri, you did a marvelous job for Jen!

I LOVE that blackberry design. Is that a stamp? It totally reminds me of Jen's style too.

But you couldn't have nailed that banner any better for Jen! It's is just sooooo awesome. So is that a cartridge or a punch that does that black portion along the top. The letters are cut very pretty too.

And the cherry purse is super cute too!

Very nice job! Jen's a happy camper today!

Thanks, Gwynne! Haha!! The "blackberry" isn't a blackberry at all!!! It's a little floral stamp that came with a set.... I used some "artistic license" there!! And the vine is an old stammp I've had forever... I love it, it works for som many things!
The banner worried me because it was so plain, but I knew Jen preferred a simpler style and when I added stuff to it, it just didn't look right! The letters are from the Cricut cartridge, Sophisticated and the top part is a Martha Stewart deep punch!
The purse I did make, it's a placemat! I just saftey pinned the "frou-frou" in case Jen wants to take that part off!
Can't wait to see Peachy's box!
Have a happy day!

Sheila's box is out for delivery today! That is the last box ladies! So we have had a successful swap - no last minute angel needed! Thank you so much!

I'm trying to come down with a cold or something worse today, so I've medicated and hoping for the best. I really don't have time for this sickness nonsense! lol And I rarely get sick anyway. Hopefully is will pass by end of day....

Peachy and Sheila probably won't be home to post pics until late Sat. or most likely Sunday...just so you all know that you don't have to stay glued to the MB this weekend. Get ready for Christmas!

Bridgette, did you take pics of what you sent Linda? You could post for her if you want. Hopefully she will show up soon and do the posting.

OMG, I came on to see the wonderful goodies and just heard about the horror in CT. I pray that all of the families and that community find peace at sometime. I know it will take a long long time. Please hold your loved ones close. I am blessed by all of you and pray that none of you are directly affected by this.
Praying.

Not sure what kind of phone you have, but if you texted them they should be in your gallery. If not go to your text and click on the photo and see if it lets you copy to your phone or memory chip. If your phone can connect to your computer via USB then do that to copy photos. I have an iPhone and once I take a photo its in my gallery. HTH

I am so glad you like the items. I was so nervous because it took so long to get there. I sent packages to Florida and to Australia and they took less time. The note didn't make it into the box....(my son did the wrapping for me BigGrin )

Love seeing all the boxes coming in. So many ideas to try.

Teri, I am in love with my purse! It is a very usuable purse which I do plan on using. Did every one see all of my chocolate covered cherries, oh my goodness my most favorite brand in the world. Teri paid attention to my answers because I said I was a chocolate covered cherry snob and only liked this brand - lol. The altered jar with the pearls, lace and tea light is perfect and the flicker puts out a soft glow. I could go on about everything but will stop now.

Gwen, Thank you for hostessing a wonderful swap. I created for and recieved from 2 wonderful ladies. I really enjoyed creating for and sending to Kelley, and I so love everything Teri created/sent me.

Lovely items you made for Sheila, Terri.

I can see her putting those music sheet snowman to good use!

I've been in bed since dinner last night, got slammed with the grip or flu or something, so I'm not too happy of a person right now. I seldom get sick too! Who has time to be sick the week before christmas?? Not me!

Gwynne, I hope you'll start to feel better soon! Thank you so much for pairing Kelley with me. My box is awesome!

Denise, Graphic 45 has beautiful paper. The only bad thing is that sometimes the pages are too beautiful to cut. lol!

Here are the pics, ladies. Get those drool bibs ready. I am amazed that Kelley sent me these since I would have had a hard time parting with them, had I made them. Thank you so much, Kelley! I love pink, and she doesn't, but somehow, she managed to find a way to make a box that would be a happy medium for the both of us. Everything goes so well with what I already have. There are lots of damasks, Graphic 45, sparkles, and Steampunk! Everything is perfect!

Thank you so much Kelley! All these brightened my day/Christmas!

Drumroll please, and remember NO DIBBS!!!!
Day 1: Notecards with fruit silhouette. She also altered a tin to contain them. This is simple and elegant. Jackie O will definitely approve.
Day 2: Damask Décor cartridge—I love this! She took note that I love the damask pattern.
Day 3: A fabulous Paris-themed curio box. Look at all the details!
Day 4: A Steampunk wall hanging. I wanted to make a little something for myself using this image from the G45 paper and never got ‘round to it. Thank you so much for reading my mind, Kelley!
Day 5: A Christmas banner. Hubby wanted to hang this right away but I told him I still had to take pictures. He picked a perfect spot for it—it will be placed above the sliding doors since we have more than ample space there.

Day 6: Look at all the details in these gift tags! Love the box that went with them too!
Day 7: Lindy’s Stamp Gang Sprays—this is one product that I absolutely swear by!
Day 8: An aqua papier mache butterfly with aqua stones. This is so delicate-looking and pretty!
Day 9: A darling purse filled with Lindt truffles and she also sent me a Toblerone. Yummy!
Day 10: Blue and aqua lace and a Paris-themed trim (They were inside the altered box for Day 11.)
Day 11: An altered box with goodies inside! She used paper that matched the top hat Kim made for me. LOVE!!!! The crystals will come handy in the mini albums that I make. I wish you ladies could see how luxorious those mica flakes are.
Day 12: A Once Upon A Springtime altered frame. This is so pretty!

It was coming out way too grungy so I thought the wreath would be a better fit for my partner's tastes.

Peachy so glad you liked everything. I am so glad that frame made it in one piece. I saw the inspiration for it on your Pinterest and decided to make my own version. It was originally a magnetic board that was black in the center.

I am loving everything everyone sent this round. Great swap Gwynne and hope you feel better soon.

Kel
