i have a Cricut Personal Electronic Cutter. bought a word collage cartridge this month. i used it to cut a collage twice then went to cut it again and it will not work anymore it just gives me an error message that says cart err 3. can someone please help me out? i've done the firmware upgrade already. adri

I suggest you call PC customer service.
If there is a problem with your cartridge PC is great about replacing them.
(they have a 90 day warranty)

Have no idea what the error msg means, do you have a booklet with your machine? Could be in there as a troubleshooter msg? You aren't trying to cut bigger then your machine will allow are you? Which machine do you exactly have?

i've got the original cricut machine
and nope not trying to cut bigger than
my machine allows. ill take a look in
the booklet and let you know thanks

if it does not work after i try it again
and take a look in the booklet ill call
