My best time is at night when everyone is asleep so then I know I wont be bother

I started doing crafts off and on when I had my daughter back in 2000 but I picked up the scrapbooking after I had her because I loved taking picture's so I wanted to make something for her to look back on when she was grown and a family of her own. Card making I just picked that up few years ago.

3. Do you have your own craft room? (If not - do you hope to have one some day?)
Yes, I have my own craft room but hubby has his lap-top in there with me so he can come in and hang out with me why I work on things

Oklahoma lived here all my life just not the town I'm in

My Cricut I don't know what I would do without it you can make so much stuff with it

He thinks I have to much but I don't think I do men will never learn

I'm a morning person. I prefer to do everything first thing in the morning. Many times I'm crafting before work.

I started around 2004-2005. My son was diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy when he was four years old. We spent soo much time at home with him sick, I began to scrapbook all of his pictures. It was how I was able to cope and not stress out and I still use it as a "destresser" now.

3. Do you have your own craft room? (If not - do you hope to have one some day?)
Yes, however it's upstairs so I find myself using my Expression mainly in my bedroom.

4. What state are you from?
I'm from IL, but live in TX and consider it "home"

Next to my Expression, I would say my ATG is the most used thing.

My best time to craft is usually in the evening after work. It helps me to wind down from a stressful day.

Hum... Well, let's see. I've been an unofficial crafter since I was a little girl. Yet, I think I became obsessed in 2010 while planning my daughter's wedding. We did a lot of DIY projects to cut down the cost.

3. Do you have your own craft room? (If not - do you hope to have one some day?)

No, I don't have my own craft room but hopefully I will one day soon. I'm currently in the process of creating a dedicated area in my basement / family room. And that's only because my daughter in-law jokingly stated I needed a craft room for all of my "stuff" (as she called it).

5. What is the one thing you find yourself using the most when you craft, scrapbook, cards.

My E2 and cardstock are the 2 most widely used items.

He doesn't mind because it keeps me out of his hair!

I love to scrap or craft at ANY time!!! I am a scrap aholic and definitely need intervention!!

I started scrapbooking in 1996 when I was introduced to Creative Memories and immediately fell in love with their products!! I am still in love with them and Cricut-all the others are nice, but they will be my first true loves!!!

Yes, fortunately for me, I sold all my living room furniture one day (unexpectedly) and built the scrap table that looks similiar to the one from Pottery Barn- I love it and come out only when paged!!!

I live in Ohio near Toledo- I have lived in Florida, Duluth, MN, and Fargo, North Dakota.


5. What is the one thing you find yourself using the most when you craft, scrapbook, card make?
My first love is scrapbooking, but I find myself making more cards and crafts at home and scrap out at weekend retreats!


6. What does your hubby or better-half think about all your stuff?
He of course, thinks it ridiculous I have so much "Stuff" and thinks I'm the only "nut" out there!! My friends have been instructed to race to my house the second they find out I have passed away, to grab all my scrapcrap before he has a heart attack himself when he finds out how much I have really spent over the years (of course, hopefully my friends won't have to come racing over anytime soon, but just in case). He knows how much I love it so he ignores most of it - it's when the UPS man brings multiple boxes in one week does he start balking at me!!!

I try to design at night so my expression doesn't wake the house up I try to make time everyday to cut and layer my bits and pieces. I try to fit a little housework around my crafts

I have seen a photo of myself aged 2 with a pair of scissors and a pot of glue. I assume I was a born scrapbooker, not a born mischief maker

A quarter of my living room holds my craft table, cupboards etc etc. We are looking to buy a new home in the new year with a big shed for my hubby to tinker about in and a craft room to hide my chaos in

Brown cardstock!!!! It is also the one colour I struggle to buy locally. I use alot of Zig 2 way glue but I purchase that in bulk so I never run out.

At first he referred to my Cricut as that paper shredder but he has gotten used to it. As for how much I spend? My money My business.

I started crafting as a little girl, embroidery, hand sewing, paper flowers, etc. I also have done macrame, crochet, cross-stitch,machine embroidery, jewelry, one stroke painting and so amny more. As for scrapbooking- I should credit Lisa Bearnson for that- she hooked me when she was on QVC.

He thinks (probably at the same time) that it's a good thing, likes what I do & at times thinks its a bit nuts. But he stands in line sometimes with me or runs me somewhere. Our old joke(since we don't drink) our hobbies keeps us out of the bars!
