I am hoping someone can help me...I just purchased a new computer just for my crafting and I tried to download Cricut Craft Room and Sync. Neither one of them will work. I already made it to were my firewall will allow the program, so I do not understand why it won't work. Is there something else I need to do or am I doing something wrong. Please help!!!

Is the problem actually with the downloading? Or the installation? Or running the program? Are you getting any errors? It might be a good idea to give customer support a call so they can walk you through some troubleshooting.  Edited by user Monday, December 10, 2012 11:10:23 PM(UTC)
