If I make the background a FIT TO PAGE. then how do I cut all the other pieces to the proper corresponding size? I can't use FIT TO PAGE, because they will all be huge. I am on an Expression 2 with a 12 x 12 mat. Thank you.

When you do fit to page look at the size that flashes on your screen and make all the other cuts that size.

I have a Create and have yet to work out how to use the virtual layers!! I wanted to do something that had flowers on as well as the main cut, so I sized them on the virtual mat in CCR and dropped off the pieces I wanted to cut in another colour onto the clipboard at the side of the mat.... In CCR, you can set the size of your base image in the Default Height box under the keypad, make sure Relative Size is selected and then all the layers will be sized in proportion to your base image when you place them on the mat.
