I have just purchased an Expressions 2 and the touch screen doesn't always respond. It won't load the paper either. Essentially...........it won't do anything. I did view some posts about resetting to factory defaults and I did that and got the rainbow screen and all. So, I get the machine and am so excited and it doesn't work and the help desk has better hours that I have ever seen. No evenings and no weekends, so does that mean I can't do anything else until Monday.
Any suggestions??

I believe customer support are trialling Saturday opening hours so give them a call then. I'm not sure what time they are open though.
