I cannot begin to tell you how unhappy and very frustrated I am with CCR and Cricut Imagine!
I am a web/graphic designer and wanted to start crafting, so I thought the CCR would be perfect for me to create with.
Having seen online demos of CCR, I went ahead and bought a Cricut Imagine, costing more than £300, and excitedly waited for it to arrive.
That was 7 months ago. And how many projects have I created? None.
This morning I thought I would give it a final chance - maybe it was my fault it wasn't working?
I have a brand new iMac, all software is up to date (it has to be in my job - Air, CCR and my CI) and still, 3 hours later CCR WILL NOT WORK!
If I resart my Imac - I can cut one project
If I try and 'print and cut' my Imagine will print, but not cut
If I try and just 'cut' from CCR, I see 'checking mat status' ...forever
So I try and restart CCR - and I get stuck on 'Initializing'...forever.
So then I have to restart my Imac....and I'm right back to square one again.
Come on people at Provo....do you seriously think this is acceptable??
Not only is it a waste of valuable time and my hard earned money...it is also seriously damaging your reputation.
You have a beautiful website, with lots of enticing projects, and digital cartridges we can buy.....yet none of it is usable.
How very....VERY frustrating.
My Imagine will be going onto eBay first thing tomorrow.......
