Sorry, no Cricut here  but could easily be done with several Cricut cuts!  The tag is from a Just Rite die set. I tore a piece of metallic paper, embossed it with polka dots and inked the white edge. The deer were cut on Bazzill Dotted Swiss paper and the bg paper is from a My Mind's Eye Christmas stack. American Crafts ribbon. TFL!

Great card ... I really like the rustic, woodsy look. And yes, I can see how easily this could be made with a Cricut too. Thanks for the idea!
