I don't know to where to really post this so I will post it here
I'm needing some help on the Hello Kitty cut outs what do I need to do for her to look like the picture? Like how she has black showing around the sides with a white face. I haven't really played with it so I was going to make some picture's from her but I don't know how to make her face like it shows...
Hope you know what I'm trying to say

Cut your base image in black {or another color if you want to switch it up a bit} and then layer the other pieces onto the base. scrapalette attached the following image(s):

That is what I'm talking about, with the black outline do I cut them all the same size for it to get that look?

Yes, whenever you are cutting images with layers, set the size for your base image and make sure you have Relative Size on {not Real or Real Dial Size} and your layers will cut proportional to the base image.

On your Expression, it's labeled Real Dial Size and is above the Shift Lock button on the keypad. If Real Dial Size is not on {the light will be out}, the Relative Size is automatically on.
